Vanaf vandaag komt u ook meteen te weten of het perceel een vervuilde bodem heeft of niet.

U hoeft hiervoor niets bijkomend in te vullen of aan te klikken. U voert uw zoekopdracht in zoals gewoonlijk. De kaart wordt onderaan het bestaande rapport toegevoegd. U krijgt een overzichtelijke kaart van OVAM met de betreffende bodemdossierinformatie.

Deze kaart bevat informatie over het Oriënterend Bodemonderzoek, het Beschrijvend Bodemonderzoek, het Bodemsaneringsproject en het Eindevaluatieonderzoek. Deze informatie komt recht van het webloket van OVAM zelf.

Het enige dat u hiervoor bij de hand moet nemen is uw kadastrale legger. Aan de hand daarvan kan u stap voor stap de juiste gegevens invullen. mijnPerceel stelt meteen de correcte CaPaKey samen. U klikt op ‘Selecteren’ en daarna kan u zoals gewoonlijk uw aanvraag indienen.

Beschikt u al over de CaPaKey? Geen probleem! Net zoals voordien kan u de CaPaKey ook direct ingeven in het zoekveld en uw aanvraag starten.

Van enkelen onder u kregen we de opmerking dat het resultaat van mijnPerceel soms iets té uitgebreid is. Wij gingen aan de slag met uw feedback en hebben daarom een extra functie aan mijnPerceel toegevoegd.

Dankzij deze nieuwe functie kunt u kiezen welke kaarten van mijnPerceel in uw resultaat mogen verschijnen. Bovendien kunt u via deze functie uw document ook eenvoudig personaliseren. Zo kan u bijvoorbeeld het logo van uw kantoor, de naam van uw notariaat of andere informatie toevoegen. Dit kan allemaal via de knop ‘Configuratie’.

Om het u zo gemakkelijk mogelijk te maken, hebben we een korte handleiding voor u gemaakt. Deze kunt u raadplegen wanneer u de configuratie instelt, maar ook later staat deze nog altijd tot uw beschikking. U kunt de handleiding downloaden op het startscherm van mijnPerceel, nadat u bent ingelogd.

Opgelet! Deze nieuwe functie zal maar voor één mijnPerceel-gebruiker van uw kantoor zichtbaar zijn. U beslist zelf wie dit is. Om deze functie voor uw kantoor aan te zetten, mailt u ons de naam van de gekozen persoon naar contact@mijnperceel.be.
