De laag “landschappelijk erfgoed – elementen” bevat alle wetenschappelijk geïnventariseerde items van een kleine schaal waaraan de discipline “landschappelijk” werd toegekend.

Het gaat om historische tuinen en parken, zoals villatuinen en stadsparken; houtige beplantingen met erfgoedwaarde, zoals kapelbomen, kasteeldreven, vredesbomen en hakhoutpercelen; en waardevolle getuigen van het vroegere landschap, zoals akkercomplexen, poelen en holle wegen.

Deze laag vervangt de lagen “Wetenschappelijke inventaris houtige beplantingen met erfgoedwaarde” (lu_wet_hbe) en “Wetenschappelijke inventaris van historische tuinen en parken” (lu_wet_htp); en de landschapsatlaselementen uit de laag “Wetenschappelijke inventaris landschapsatlasrelicten” (lu_wet_la).

Wat is het verschil en waarom is het belangrijk voor u?

KLIP is het portaal dat beheerd wordt door het Agentschap Informatie Vlaanderen en heeft het vermijden van graafschade aan kabels en leidingen als hoofddoel. De tool is geografisch beperkt tot het Vlaams Gewest en omvat alle Kabel- en Leidingbeheerders (KLB’s) die in Vlaanderen infrastructuur beheren. Het melden van graafwerken en het verkrijgen van liggingsplannen is decretaal verplicht via het KLIP-decreet (https://overheid.vlaanderen.be/klip/wettelijk kader). Er is hier echter geen specifieke aanvraag voor erfdienstbaarheden.

KLIM daarentegen wordt anders beheerd (VZW) en heeft een bredere scope (plannen aanvragen in Wallonië en Brussel – erfdienstbaarheden opvragen in geheel België) dan KLIP. Men kan voor geheel België erfdienstbaarheden opvragen, maar volgende beperkingen moeten wel in het achterhoofd gehouden worden:
